Incorporated in 2009, Komin India Resources Pvt Ltd is the brainchild of zealous and ambitious entrepreneurs who have

The leadership team of Komin comprised senior corporate professionals having rich experience in mining, trading and
logistics in India and globally. Its Managing Director Mr. Rajendra Singh an alumnus of IIT Delhi & Columbia Business
School, NY having more than three decades experience in manufacturing sector as well as managing global trade
in Iron Ore, Coal, Steel & other minerals. He managed Coal & Iron Ore trading books of around $4 bn (70 mil per
annum) for more than a decade. He also has rich experience in developing & running limestone & dolomite mines
business.

Mr. Uma Shanker who joined Komin as Director Mining, post his retirement from senior positions in CMPDI, Coal India & private sector company Adani where he played lead role in developing MDO business. Mining Engineer by profession his rich experience contributed in quick success of Adani in coal & iron ore sector. His expertise is in coal block development right from conceptual stage to exploration, mining planning, environment clearance, R&R, land acquisition, coal raising, washing and logistics. He worked in mechanized opencast mine and in underground longwall mine.

Sanjay Mishra

Former Head Legal Adani Enterprises, Zee Entertainment, GMR, Essel, JSW

Mr. Sanjay Mishra Director & Legal Advisor is a legal professional with about 26 years of rich experience in industrial & mining matters. His expertise lies in strategic planning, consulting, land acquisition, risk management, arbitration, contract administration, training & development. He has long experience as Head legal affairs with major corporates like Adani, Zee Entertainment, GMR, Essel Infra, JSW etc.

With the financial support of Kowa Company Ltd Japan, Komin had shown remarkable growth in Iron Ore, Steel, Lime Stone, Dolomite and other metallurgical raw materials within India and in export to China. With the extended arms in logistics, warehousing and processing, Komin soon became an important stack holder of renowned clients like Kirloskar Ferrous, Mukund Steel, Kalyani Steel, RBSSN, SKME, VESCO, Zeenath Iron Ore Mines etc.
